There are 3 types of camera. 1. Runs with Media Player, 2. Runs with Java Applet, 3. Runs with Activex Control.
1. For watch Media Player based webcams (for example Istanbul webcams) You need Media Player. If you have not, click HERE for download and install latest version.
2. For watch Java based webcams (for example Ankara webcams) You need Java. If you have not, click HERE for download and install latest version.

3. To view Most of web cams (for example Kocaeli webcams) you need to install a program called an Active X control. If you cannot see the web cam, you do not have this program installed. There are several ways to install this program.
If you are using Internet Explorer, look for a warning at the top of the window, below the address box (yellow bar). It appears like this:


If this message does appear, click on it where you see the message, This site might require the following ActiveX control. Click here to install. A smaller pop up menu will appear. On that menu, choose Install ActiveX Control.
If you do not see a web cam image and do not receive a warning message in Internet Explorer,follow these steps.
1. In Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
2. In the Internet Options window, first click on the Security tab and then on the Custom Level button toward the bottom of the window.
3. In the Settings window, under ActiveX controls and plugins, locate the Download signed ActiveX Controls section. In that section, click on the button in front of Prompt to select it.
4. Finally, click on OK to return to the Web cam site. You should then see the web cam image. If you don't, click the Refresh button in your Web browser.
